Our Service
All rides are exclusive (not shared) point-to-point hire car transfers. Pricing is fixed by distance (km), not by time. There is no surge pricing.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change if not pre-paid. All major tolls are included in the quoted price. Additional tolls not included in the route may be charged separately as per client request or on detours. Booking fee includes followings if applicable; major tolls, airport pickup fees, waiting upto 10 mins, and service fee.
Payment Options
Payment can be made online via credit card or debit card through our secure payment system, or in the car via cash, credit card, debit card. If the Pay in Car option is selected, credit card verification is required in advance.
Cancellation & Refunds
A 20% non-refundable deposit is charged 24 hours before your booking. If you cancel within 4 hours of pickup, the remaining 80% will also be charged. Changes made within 24–4 hours of pickup are subject to availability. If the alternative is unavailable, no refund will be issued. Bookings made within 4 hours of pickup are final and cannot be changed. A refund processing fee of 5% plus handling applies to all refunds.
Airport Pickups
For Sydney Domestic Airport pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting time is included. For Sydney International Airport pickups, 45 minutes of free waiting time is included. Charges apply after these periods.
After Hours & Special Events
Bookings during after hours, public holidays, events, concerts, or games may incur a surcharge. In some cases your booking may be void. The following are excluded from standard pricing: weddings, special events, theme parks, funerals, concerts, sporting events, New Year's Eve, and Christmas.
Vehicle Classes
Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation. Best Available, Business/First Class, and Prestige class vehicles may attract surcharges and are subject to availability at time of booking.

If you find a cheaper quote for the same service, please advise us — we may beat it.
